LAGEEN Company promotes increscent Safety aiming to achieve 0% accidents together with maintaining and protecting the environment. The company is taking the obligation to execute a Management System concerning Safety, Health and Environment Protection while adopting the principals and applications of ISO 14001 and 18001 norms and complying with the law.

  1. LAGEEN Company investigates the Safety, Health and environmental aspects of the production process, provides infrastructures and resources, protection and monitoring appliances, , prevention of pollution and manual of instructions to create a safe, healthy and hygiene working area.
  2. LAGEEN Company runs a prevention activity and risk surveys to eliminate possible obstacles, risk minimization, accidents and environmental pollution prevention.
  3. Each and every manager in the organization is committed and responsible to its direct employees safety, health and working area. Each and every worker is responsible to its own safety and health, the process ones controls as well as to eliminating environmental and safety obstacles.
  4. Each and every worker is obliged to report to the Safety and Environment Protection personnel  and to his direct superior ,of any accidents, “almost accidents” situations, obstacles and infections in order to allow adequate corrective action and eliminate possible reoccurrences. Performance of corrective actions is a very important and powerful tool to improve the Safe, Health and Environment Protection systems.
  5. Both managerial and workers staff is working constantly on improving the Health, Safety and Environment Protection systems together with increasing the efficiency, recycling and economizing resources. The management level will promote and support responsible behavior related to Safety, Health and Environment Protection.
  6. LAGEEN Company determines measurable targets to its Safety, Health and Environment Protection systems. These targets are being reviewed periodically during the management survey meeting and being adjusted according to current demands.
  7. LAGEEN Company promotes and supports activities and communication within the social life.
